Artwork can be easily converted into a template for future use with the help of graphical tools that allow the user to identify the textual and graphical elements that can be modified. Users can customise a template by simply supplying textual information and selecting predefined images.

 

Instant feedback of artwork adaptation

The Artwork Producer provides immediate feedback to the end user by generating a PDF of the artwork and displaying it in the web browser. The user can repetitively improvise on the textual and graphics input.

 

Final print-ready output

The Artwork Producer generates the final artwork in EPS and PDF format with linked high-resolution images that are ready for print. It completely automates graphics design process and eliminates intermediate processing steps resulting in time and cost savings.

 

Routing for approvals and integration with digital asset management

Templates could be routed using the Approvals Manager for review and approval of the adapted artwork before the final print ready artwork is generated. This ensures accurate delivery of the marketing message and conformance to the brand identity. It can also be configured to retrieve the graphical elements from a well-defined location in the Assetlink Digital Asset Manager. This enables tight control of the use of the approved graphical elements ensuring proper rights management and consistent use of brand identity elements.
